Tap a chunky clay block to turn it, line up the channels, and the water rushes through to the thirsty plots. Tomatoes ripen, sunflowers open and orchard trees fill with fruit. There's no clock ticking and no rush. Take a moment, think it through, and enjoy the splash when it all connects.
