E-Commerce KDKMP: MSMEs, BUMDes, and Village Agrarian Commodities.
🌾 More than just an online shopping app, FORBIS MART is an integrated commodity supply chain (E-Commerce) platform managed directly by the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative Business Forum (FORBIS KDKMP). Our primary mission is to break the long, detrimental traditional distribution chain. We connect the fruits of the labor of local farmers, livestock breeders, and MSME producers directly to your family's dinner table within a fair, transparent, and cutting-edge digital ecosystem. How Does FORBIS MART Work for You? This app is designed with a user-friendly flow, whether you are a Consumer or a Partner (Farmer/Producer): Super-Fast Login: No need to memorize passwords. Simply use your Google account (Google SSO) to log in with guaranteed multi-layered security. Complete Your Location Map: Simply swipe the GPS pin on the map in your profile once. Your address will be precisely locked to ensure couriers never get lost. Select Products or Ask AI for Help: Browse our real-time commodity display, or simply say hello to FIRA—our AI assistant who will automatically find items for you and add them to your cart. Flexible & Secure Payments: Choose to pay online (QRIS/Transfer) or pay on delivery (COD). Our system protects transactions from fraud and stockpiling. Shipping & Quality Guarantee: Local couriers pick up fresh produce directly from farmers/warehouses and deliver it to your home. You have a guarantee period to check the quality of the goods immediately upon arrival! 🌟 OUTSTANDING FEATURES 🛒 Area-Based Commodity Catalog (Geo-Fencing) The items you see are the actual stock closest to your location. All fishery, agricultural, and basic food products have undergone a strict Quality Control (QC) process by the BUMDes team to ensure freshness and grade A quality before being shipped. 🤖 Personal Shopping Assistant: FIRA (Integrated AI) Embarrassed to ask or too lazy to look up the manual? Just type your order (e.g., "Fira, please buy 5kg of rice and 2kg of eggs"). Our Artificial Intelligence technology will understand your instructions, check stock availability at nearby farmers, and create a shopping receipt instantly. 💳 Enterprise-Class Payment Gateway & COD Protection The security of your funds is our absolute priority. We use a national-class payment infrastructure that automatically processes QRIS, Virtual Accounts, and Bank Transfers. Prefer to pay cash? Our COD feature is equipped with intelligent order restrictions (Anti-Hoarding) for fairness and mutual convenience. 🛵 Smart Logistics with Live Tracking Monitor the movement of your order in real time. Our courier app is connected to your digital map (GPS). Upon delivery, the courier will perform a transparent digital Proof of Delivery (POD) that is recorded by the system. 🛡️ Quality Assurance & 1-Hour SLA We guarantee the freshness of local produce. Once your order status is changed to "Shipped," FORBIS provides you with a 1-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure the goods are as ordered. Worry-free and completely trustworthy! 🤝 Absolute Financial Transparency for MSME Partners FORBIS is home to food heroes. For those of you who register as a Partner, our system cuts stock precisely and distributes payment (COGS) directly to your bank account or e-Wallet (DANA, OVO, etc.) immediately after the customer transaction is complete. No money is held; everything is automated and fair. 💡 More Than Just Shopping, It's a Movement! Every rupiah you spend at FORBIS MART contributes directly to the local economy. You get fresh, quality food at fair prices, while village farmers and livestock breeders receive fair appreciation. Leave behind the old, complicated methods.
