A very big scam. I used the agent app to pay bill of #2000, it showed decline but still debited my money and till now there is no reversal. I'm highly disappointed in the app. It's not reliable at all. I wrote to the mail suggested and till now nothing has been done about my #2000 disappearing from my account. Kindly do something about it.

I purchased power since January 14th but due to netwrk downtime i couldn't get d token and my wallet was debited. No reversal has been made even after my complaints.

This agent app is pure scam and it's not recommended. I fund my account and been trying to use the money on my account wallet an error message is coming out I have chat up their customer and their customer care is ignoring my messages 😠😠 u'na better refund me my money
