doesn't connect right and the battery is not as rated .

UPDATE2 After a week of struggling, support finally told me all of the batteries needed to be renamed to the following format: 12100BG-A01 12100BG-A02 12100BG-A03 12100BG-A04 (not the names they arrived with...) UPDATE3 2 years later, no new app version or update, same issues. The "System" page where you configure your battery system (paralelle or series) is still trash.

working flawless. so far a great investment

Software Needs Improvements. I really like my Power Queen 12V 125Ah Smart LiFePO4 battery, but the app needs work. My SOC repeatedly showed 99%, yet the battery later shut down under load and, once charging resumed, showed 24% and required hours of charging. There may also be an RV/pump issue, so I’m not blaming the battery. That’s exactly why the app needs accurate SOC, low-battery notifications, BMS fault alerts/history, and usage graphs. Great hardware deserves equally great software.

non-intuitive registration process. gave up after four attempts

The batteries came lickety split. I talked to the guy. probably should have listened a little more. I bought the 125 27 series. I definitely would now buy the 24 series. you could do 50 amp I fished 4 days with my Garmin Force and still had like 45% definitely over 20 hours of use. but I wanted to be able to go camping and use it for a few days. that's why I went the way I did but definitely didn't have to. I rather have the space in a small boat.

I needed to install a shunt in order to get meaningful performance data. The bluetooth app needs a lot of work.

won't let me update to new firmware version....

The app says there is an update but when it goes to the Play store there is no update! Since it balanced itself seems to not be charging correctly or not working with the app right. after balancing twice it seems to be working correctly now. just as expected but still no app update but it says there is one.
