I'm paying for a subscription that should have no ads but I'm getting lots of them.

Hi Leon, thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry for the trouble. Your ad-free subscription is active and set up correctly. A small number of evening episodes recently played ads by mistake. That has been fixed, and you should no longer hear ads anywhere in the app. If you do, please reply here, and we'll take care of it right away.
this app is so frustrating. it plays the same stuff over and over. if you accidentally click off what you are listening to, there is no way to get back. i do not like the AI portions, and the day counter never functions properly, and it is very discouraging. Plus, i feel that counter makes your app an idol. it would be really nice if the app kept the item you are working on easily accessible instead of me having to dig to continue a mudule. my review gets worse it has way to mucb ai content.
