PRECC

Best App

it's very easy to pay my bill online

I have been using the PRECC App for some time and I like it! They have changed the format somewhat and moving around in the App is easier than ever! Anything PRECC related, can be done right inside the App! 💖💖💖💖💖

Other than trying to view history, I like the app and simple to use

Works

Something is wrong with this app! I put the account number in and hit forgot password and it goes to another screen and gives the option for the account number and last 4 of the phone number and I get error messages! This company calls me every month since Covid happened

For bill pay, this app is useless. The app malfunctions and freezes up every time you put in an expiration date for credit or debit cards. It's been that way for months and all complaints fall on deaf ears. They know people must have electric, so they make no effort whatsoever to fix any issues.
