Offshore App-nightmare for new users. This needs to be much easier to handle. It takes hours. allways same message, Most of the prediction files do not download, saying that my user and password are incorrect. - I see in the reviews that this was already a problem in 2021

To enter your username and password. Open the Offshore App Windows 10 >File (top left) > Settings > PredictWind Account Mac > PredictWind Offshore (top left) > Settings> PredictWind Account Device (Android or Apple) > Preferences > PredictWind Account Please email support@predictwind.com if you need more assistance.
