English Russian voice and text interpreter, Translator, speech recognition X-Pro
English Russian Interpreter XP is an English-Russian voice and text interpreter for everyday conversations, travel, work, family communication, and language learning. Translate between English and Russian using speech or typed text in a simple, compact interface. VOICE INTERPRETER Use the microphone to speak in English or Russian. The app recognizes your speech and translates it into the other language. Continue speaking to build a longer conversation without clearing previous text. Stop ends recording while keeping recognized text on screen. Clear removes the conversation when you want to start again. LOCAL SPEECH RECOGNITION English and Russian speech recognition uses bundled Vosk language models stored locally on your device. Normal speech-recognition audio is processed locally and is not sent to a PREMIER 21 CORP conversation server. TEXT TRANSLATION Switch to Text mode when you prefer typing. Enter English or Russian text and press Translate Text when ready. The app waits until you request translation, allowing you to finish or correct your message first. EDIT RECOGNIZED SPEECH Recognized speech can be edited manually. If speech recognition makes a mistake, correct the source text and use Translate Corrected Text to translate the corrected sentence. TEXT TO SPEECH Use the speaker controls to hear source or translated text spoken aloud. Playback controls allow you to pause and continue speech. This can be useful for pronunciation, listening practice, travel conversations, and language learning. TRANSLATION HISTORY Translations can be stored locally in History so you can review previous conversations and translations. Saved history can also be cleared from within the app. SPEECH MODE • Speak using the microphone • Stop recording without clearing text • Edit recognized speech • Translate corrected text • Listen to source and translated text TEXT MODE • Type your own text • Edit text before translation • Press Translate Text when ready • Listen to translated text ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN INTERFACE The app includes interface language options for English and Russian. Menus, Settings, instructions, buttons, status messages, history labels, and other interface text can be displayed in English or Russian. Changing the interface language does not change the translation direction. ENGLISH ↔ RUSSIAN English Russian Interpreter XP is designed specifically for translation in both directions: English → Russian Russian → English ON-DEVICE TRANSLATION Translation uses Google ML Kit on-device translation. Required translation resources may need to be downloaded or updated when first used. After the required resources are available, translation is designed to work on-device. Internet access may still be required for initial resource setup, updates, Google Play services, and some Android system services. COPY AND SHARE Source and translated text can be copied to the Android clipboard. Text can also be shared through the Android system share interface with compatible apps installed on your device. PRIVACY No app account is required. Conversation history and settings are stored locally on your device. PREMIER 21 CORP does not operate a conversation server that stores your normal translated conversations. Microphone permission is used when you choose to use speech recognition. More information about data handling is available in the app's Privacy Policy. English Russian Interpreter XP is developed by PREMIER 21 CORP.
