Credits run out after just two presentations. And it's too slow to work on it.
I purchased a Presentations.AI subscription on June 20, 2026, and requested a refund within 24 hours as the paid version was not even up to the standard of the trial version. Despite immediately flagging the difference to the presentations.ai support team, their response was cold and confirming that there is no accessible customer support or escalation point to discuss the issue. My refund remains unresolved. Very disappointing and pathetic experience.

This platform is a scam. They get you to subscribe, retain your bank details and continue to take money off your account even when you turn off auto-renewal. When you request a refund, they decline and say its against their policy even when you don't have need for their services. Taking my money without my consent is theft and refusing to give it back is fraud. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Their customer service is horrible. Awful app/ website.
