always having problems loading and using perks

App hit and miss! I've a perk I cannot access as when I press it, system tells me perks cannot be shown at this time and to try again. Emailed Pret who advise to toggle it on. However, cannot even get to that screen. Now it isn't even collecting stars despite buying a food item three days this week. Pret advised you don't get stars for discounted items. Food is not discounted!? Obviously you don't get stars for the cheap drinks, but should be getting them for wraps, crisps etc.

The app isn't working properly, it's constantly glitching and showing error messages.

this app is great, it works at the checkout and allows me to toggle my perks on and off. the developers have done a good job.
