Love this game!! I don't know why I love it so much, but I do. it's easy to learn but keeps you busy and not necessarily easy to win.

Hi K Jennings, thanks a lot for your support - we love your enthusiasm! More adventures await! Can't wait for you to become a legendary wizard!
I've genuinely enjoyed this game from the beginning! I'm only frustrated that I've progressed so far that I'm having to wait for the developer to update the future levels! 😅 Super fun and beautifully animated. App purchases do help but you never feel obligated to make those purchases just to have a good time with this game!

Hi Beau, thanks so much for your continued support; we love your enthusiasm! Our team has been hard at work preparing the next adventures, and we can't wait to share them with our players. We want to ensure the released content meets the high standard we strive for, and we promise it'll be worth the wait. Thanks for your understanding and support!
The game is fun. There needs to be an ad free purchase to keep from having to watch ads just to get bonuses.

Hi Chad, we appreciate you taking the time to share your enthusiasm for Criminal Case. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide any assistance related to Criminal Case here. Thank you for your understanding.
It has simple gameplay yet adicting. The game might feels like slow to progress, but it's not that hard to complete. The rewards is so generous and add the fact that this game routinely held events that's giving out important materials made it even better (loves this fact about it because some free to play games out there deliberately makes the mechanic's hard and rewards so little it seems insignificant). Oh, and there's no adds too. Overall, it's a really good game and I love it

Hi Penny, thank you so much for your support. Can't wait for you to delve deeper into our magical realm!
recent updates has left events like gold mine & arena unplayable. artifacts level are maxed lower (coming soon!)than what you need to play it? it's complete incompetence by devs. I've been loyal to this game for a long time but my patience is almost done.

Hi Andrew, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, which we've shared with our development team. Have a magical day.
Sadly still not getting far on with the game. i have been defeated on a soul chest, a mine, the Hydras which I used to do well at I lose nearly all the 3 stars challenges. i cannot update cards and spells without coins so I guess money has to be spent. yes I can do 2 star levels but at this rate will take me forever, shame. Can never beat the pirate now which I used to. made very difficult now.
