POS: Billing, Invoice & Stock helps small shops manage checkout, products, customers, and daily business records from an Android phone or tablet. Use it as a point of sale (POS) and shop billing app, with inventory and sales tools together in one place. FAST CHECKOUT AND POS BILLING • Search or browse products by name, SKU, barcode, or category, then add them to the cart. • Review subtotal, tax, discounts, payment, and change before completing a sale. • Set percentage or fixed-amount discounts, tax rates, taxable products, and tax-inclusive pricing. • Record sales as cash, card/POS terminal, mobile or digital payment, or customer credit. Payment methods are recorded in the app; processing happens separately. • Attach a customer and order note to a sale when needed. RECEIPTS, ORDERS, AND REFUNDS • Create sales receipts with a store name, contact details, address, receipt number, tax details, and a custom footer. • Print a receipt through Android’s print service, save it as PDF when supported, or share a digital receipt using another app. • Search order history by order ID or customer and filter completed and refunded sales. • Review an order’s items and payment details. INVENTORY AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT • Maintain a product catalog with selling price, cost, stock quantity, unit, category, SKU, barcode, and tax settings. • Set low-stock thresholds, identify low or out-of-stock products, and record restocks or stock adjustments. • Review stock movement history to see inventory changes. • Organize products into categories, and manage product variants such as different options under a product. • Scan a barcode with the camera at checkout or while managing inventory. Enter a code manually if you prefer. • Import products in bulk from CSV using the app’s templates and import preview. BARCODE, QR, AND PRICE LABELS Create product labels from selected inventory items. Choose barcode, QR, or price label styles, adjust label content and layout, preview the result, and print or save the labels as PDF through Android’s print options. Save label templates for reuse. CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT LEDGER Save customer names and contact details, then link customers to sales. Review purchase totals, order counts, outstanding balances, and due-payment history. Record collected payments and view customer ledger entries to keep track of credit sales and payments received. SALES ANALYTICS AND CASH TRACKING See a daily overview with revenue, order totals, drawer cash, and outstanding customer dues. Explore daily or weekly sales trends, review selected time periods, and compare sales totals. Record cash added to or taken from the drawer, including expenses, and review cash flow. Export sales or cash-flow reports as CSV or PDF for your records. STORE SETUP AND DATA CONTROL Set up store details, currency, tax, receipt numbering, and starting cash float. Create and switch between separate store records on the device. Back up business data to a location you choose and restore from a backup file when needed. Core checkout and inventory records are stored locally, so these features can be used without an internet connection; ads and Google Play purchases require internet access. PERSONALIZE YOUR APP Choose light, dark, AMOLED, or system appearance, select from color palettes, and use the app in 9 supported languages. Sample data is available to help you explore the app and can be removed from settings.
