This app and printer are horrible. I spend more money on labels that are wasted due to not printing properly. The app crashes so many times a day its just not even worth it. I process alot of orders so I need alot of labels and they are being wasted The worst part is the wasted time. It takes to long to get a label to print correctly. Time is money and This App and thermal Printer * Roenllce is junk. Dont waste your time, or money with either of these 2 .
This app doesn't work.

The app works better than expected, especially given how inexpensive the accompanied printer was. It occasionally acts a little funny about connecting to the printer, it's not much of an issue though because turning bluetooth off then back on has always resolved ot
After the update, I have a new issue. If the image has different proportions than a selected paper size, the preview in the app shows it correctly, with white filling in the extra space. But it stretches the image sent to the printer. The same is true for PDFs.
this app is so good
