Phone printing from Blue tooth dosent save tour printing preferences. App and product is not good for multiple phone if working together . Wasted 100s of labels getting the setting correct

This app is really unhelpful and I've wasted so many stickers trying to get it to work. very frustrating after paying so much money for a product I thought would be a game changer and was marketed as super easy to use.

This app is so bad. The menu's are confusing, the english is very poor making it hard to understand how to use it.

No support from ausprint. Ignores all emails
Well I haven't started my mobile experience with ausprint for it has a bug and the provider is trying to fix the error. That is why I brought the ausprinter. Because the advertisement said wireless and you can use your phone to print labels instead of a laptop. So I can bring the printer with me any where around the world. So i can go around the world with it. So I can print the labels over the phone. So I can't judge yet. I can't wait until the mobile ausprinting app starts working.
