can't login using email i already made an account with. error error repeated errors can't do forgot password bc its trash app
i cant add my camera to the app. i tried every thing and nothing works. i use web browser with the ip adress instead, sadly
with Android 13 now I can't upload files , file Explorer simply closes when try to open and upload file to 3d print, no updates since 2024, avoid this brand and camera not working at the moment, now it works just like an IP camera , and for that you don't need to spend so much money, Aldo asked for support in website , no answer till now
the latest update made it so you can't add files to the camera. pretty worthless without this feature. please fix!!! update: this has been fixed with the newest update!
A great tool to use on your 3d printer, you have a decent control of it remotely. Good job devs.
Connected the camera during initial start up. Ever since I get a "the network is abnormal" error every time I try to log in now. Same error if I try to recover my password to change it.
Absolutely perfect companion to the beagle cam. Great and painless remote access without having to do special router configuration
my app stop working and day Network Anomaly Login failed, do you want to log in again and I tryed on my fone and internet. still does it

I have purchased two of these Beagle V2 cameras and had to exchange both of them. I had to uninstall my app so that I could try to pair the new cameras. The app keeps giving me an error about the network and will not let me log in, setup a new account, or reset my password. Looks like I may return my 3d printer and cameras and go with a more reputable outfit. There is no place that I have found to speak with anyone for support directly.
There's a lot of bugs and lags to it! It needs a major update if you still want people to buy your hardware! The app keeps closing after leaving it for a few seconds ! Have 12Gigs of RAM! It barely shows camera picture in full screen mode! You have to click on the picture multiple times if you're lucky you'll get it! Flip and mirror buttons work the other way around! In the app, you won't see Android buttons (back/home), you have to scroll up all the time to see them which is Very annoying!
