app error
Can't even access the app anymore. it immediately kicks me off.
Edited: LOTS of technical issues and glitches! Fix the back btn. "Back"s out of the app. Ensure Android back btn works too. Pattern tags not being saved properly (race condition likely), saved outfits not being loaded properly (runtime errors likely), recommended outfits loading for a bit but failing to load after scrolling a while (runtime errors likely), AI taking a while to respond, "verify?" still being shown on items all tags are filled for. Hire a tester if you haven't already. CI/CD.

Genuinely amazing feedback - thank you. Our testers are good but there is nothing like direct feedback. I've gone through each of your items and you will see them fixed in 2.50.20. The only one I wasn't sure of was the back button - would you share a screen capture of where? If there are any other please don't hesitate to keep sending.

Thanks for all your feedback! The crash especially - we worked over the weekend to fix this but if you are still experiencing it please let us know. We are also going to see if we can speed things up next week. Again, thanks for helping us get better!
I changed my review from 3 stars to 2 due to c/service experience. The app has great potential, but the tech issues are ongoing. Initially, the team was helpful, but communication stopped & the issues continued. STOP advising on this platform to reach out to & just respond to any of the 7 messages I've sent in the last 8 weeks! Your c/service is appalling & you only respond on here because of the review!!! very disappointed 😞

the button that says that the app needs permissions to access the media and gallery isn't pressing. i externally went and gave permissions to upload pics from the gallery and it's not working still
