its disgusting. i send money they refund. but it takes 3to5 business days before it refunded. thats disgusting because my family need the money

Their customer support is completely pathetic. The chat agent (Aysulu) blindly told me to "wait until tomorrow" and then completely ignored my messages. Their phone lines were unavailable because it was the weekend. They didn't even provide a UTR number to track my own money. I had to borrow money from a friend to save my credit score. Will never trust Profee with big amounts again! Very unprofessional.

I tried 100 times to open an account but I don't get OTP. this app is just a waste of time.

The app is soo handy and too easy use and transfer money. The referral program is too messy. Handing out the rewards it's asking for more verification to receive. Please give more attention to referral program.
