love this app, easy to use
very good for upr needs. does exactly what we want.
Had this for years but the lastest update made it impossible to use. Bottom menu box covers lower section of the label. Spent a considerable amount of time with customer service and no luck. Didn't happen before the update.
such a shame, we buy the device and to use the app print history we should subscribe again!!!! Don't suggest it, there are many other companies with easier services....

This is ransomware printer and app, don't use it, it's a scam.
You are forced to pay for subscription before you can print
I have loved my label maker for years, but now that you've locked my app until I pay a subscription, I will be shopping for a new label maker brand. I WILL NOT pay for a subscription. Period.
