PSE from Puget Sound Energy

PSE shut off my power for 8 hours with no updates, notifications, any information which made it so my handicapped roommates c-pap was off all night and they could have died. Horrible company.

Auto logs out even after just a few days. And doesn't remember log in information and no way to save it even with biometric checked and save login selected. Then when I need it when the power is out I can't actually use it. Garbage.

New app not available for my phone

it's says that I, the sole account user, now and always, am not a valid user for the app. what the actual eff? I try to create a new account and is says that the same an account number that are ON MY BILL don't exist. they're happy enough to take your money, but be damned before they help if you have an issue

Was never a great app to begin with. The new version is not compatible with my phone. Great job, thanks

App is essentially trash. Fails to log in 99% of the time for various reasons (biometrics have NEVER worked)and then locks your account not allowing you to do anything. The only good thing the app has is the "make a guest payment" option (most likely because they know how awful the app works) that allows you to make a payment without logging in. I honestly dont know why I have this app wasting space and battery on my phone. Maybe I should flex event the app and unistall it finally?

I frequently have trouble logging into this app even though the password and everything has been the same for a long time and you just keep screwing up the app
