genie camera no longer connects to my home network. I made no changes to my network. the camera suddenly just won't launch anymore. I tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting the camera, which the app shows as being successful. but the camera just doesn't show up in the app anymore. I also tried resetting my router and modem several times, everything I can think of. I emailed customer service/tech support, never got a response.
Can not get Viewsay to work. I option in my app to activate the service.
It is the worst camera I have bought, I don't like the way the video is shown, there are not enough options.

Looks good. Downloading the app was easy. Update, after about one year, now there is difficulty connecting.

Had the cameras all setup it running fine for a couple of months now today the app won't even open I uninstalled and reinstalled and the app still won't open I was happy but that's changing very quickly
tracking my dog is easy.
