New app update isn't compatible with my phone anymore so I'm not able to use. Renders my Puffco Peak Pro as a dust collector/paper weight
working great after an update or two. "Lava lamp" lighting mode only available to the newest peak pro which is stupid... I have the guardian pro which should be able to do it you'd think
sux, being bullied into another poopco update
Works well with the recent updates. Actually connects to the device without much issue. Visual updates are nice to.

Decent. Temp settings are nice, being able to track usage and change colors is cool. But mine has issues staying connected. It's annoying to have ypur phone and device right next to eachother after a dab and you go to rip another and the sync thing is spinning. It's not a tragedy. restarting the app makes it work again. Just a quirck that seemz like it should be easy to fix.

Nice to have a sharp looking app but the upsell nag sucks.
It's a really expensive device and the experience has been pretty sub par. I spent a lot of money and have brand new items that are damaged when they arrived and I reached out the day I received them and it took over a week to hear back. Now they want me to jump through hoops. It's definitely getting worse and at this point I can't recommend even purchasing anything from them even direct from the website because the support is so bad. I really couldn't recommend them less.

you have to use the cleaning reminder ticker to accurately track how many dabs per day since the devs decided to f up the way data is displayed/tracked. Update: they changed some of the visuals but the number tracking is still trash, what a useless app
