Max & Erma's

Diana at the Middleburg heights location was amazing! She did a great job serving us and she was extremely pleasant while doing it! It was refreshing to have her helping us! She is an absolute asset to this restaurant!!! Keep up the great work, Diana! We hope to see you again soon! Also, got the cheese skewers! Always amazing but miss the Honey Dijon Mustard!!! bring that back! The burgers tasted fresh and they were delicious!!!! The cookies... do I even need to say anything about them!!!!!

Food and staff are always great!!

You update your and now it's not compatible with my device and screws me out of my "REWARDS!!"

The menu at Max & Erma's is diverse enough for everyone to find something they will enjoy! the prices are reasonable, some are a great deal! The Blackberry Sangria is very good!

app doesn't work

The food was exceptionally delicious. And the prices were reasonable.

Food excellent, service great.

While I have had issues in the past with this app for online orders, the in-restaurant experience has always been simple and effortless. Furthermore, when I have expressed my displeasure in the past, the folks in charge (whether at the restaurant or more recently with the app team directly) I have been heard and worked with to correct errors... if nothing else, it shows they care and want to make things right.

awesome thanks
