Stationer is a quiet PDF reader for Android — made for people who read PDFs the way they read books. No ads. No accounts. No cloud. No permissions. Everything happens on your device, in local files next to the PDFs themselves. Your library, your reading positions, your highlights and notes stay with you. READ - Continuous scroll or pinch-to-zoom, with a hi-res render when you zoom in so text stays crisp - Remembers exactly where you were in every document - Full-text search across the whole PDF, with matches highlighted on the page - PDF outline navigation for jumping between sections - Bookmarks — add, rename, jump back MARK - Highlights, underlines, and strikethroughs in five colours - Long-press a word to start selecting, drag the handles to extend - Tap an existing annotation to remove it - All annotations stored in a plain JSON file next to your PDF, so they're yours to keep, back up, or share RETURN - Warm foolscap-cream reading themes (light, dark, sepia) that don't fight your eyes - Independent brightness control for reading in bed - Progress bar on every document in your library - Opens from anywhere via the system file picker, or by tapping any PDF in another app PRIVACY, PROPERLY Stationer requests zero permissions.
