My experience with PW Bhagalpur has been disappointing. The admission in-charge was chewing paan while dealing with students, which I found quite unprofessional. More importantly, I was misinformed about the test series at the time of admission. I was told that it included 6 online tests and 24 offline tests, but I received only offline tests. I feel that students should be given accurate information before they pay for any course or test series.
no support.can't receive any notification for any upcoming tests of pw for 9th class.. neither in the student app nor parents app.so students don't know when the exam is conducted.tried so many times to contact or raised ticket but it's also not working.every time it shows there's some issue to raise tickets.try.no contact nmbr available but when we search to take any batches so many call automatically came.because they want students purchase it but after purchasing they forget that students.
