Quality Mind, when coupled with a Mind Mentor, is a powerful program designed to incrementally steer your mind away from self-destructive thoughts to a mindset that is filled with balance, self love and empowerment. I had the wonderful Carol Fox as my mind mentor, and I can honestly say that this is the first time I've felt so at home in my own mind, so in love with my own potential, so compassionate of my worries, life challenges and much more. Worth every dollar.
