white screen! downloaded onto pixel 8. app boots up with white screen. can't see log in options. for me to use Quartix in the field I have to use Quartix in the browser which is far from ideal

won't work on Sam Galaxy S25 Edge. Just get a blank white screen. deleted cache, uninstalled several times, re installed. still exactly the same. ...and yes ive done exactly what the support team said below. It does NOT work however many times you try.

Hi John, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you are unhappy. I can see you have messaged our Support team and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss this with you further. Access to the application was effected yesterday afternoon due to a Cloudflare global outage but access was restored later in the afternoon.
Picks and chooses when it's going to let you log in regardless of Internet connection, when it does eventually let you in it then crashes and takes several more attempts of closing and opening the app before it works properly. Wish my company would invest in a more reliable tracker.
