Aplikasi sangat berguna
app ini tak guna. awal2 dah booking. sampai immigration number saya orang lain dah guna. memang bodoh
Useless app
app yang bazir duit rakyat. tak ada faedah langsung. setiap Kali masuk pun Penuh. App ini vuka untuk Semua orang atau masa tertentu. tak masuk akar . Memamg menyusahkan semua Pengguna.
Kelemahan dia, lepas dh ambik 1 no utk 1 urusan, tak boleh ambil no lain utk urusan yg sama. Kena tgu no yg kita ambik tu hbs dlu br apply lain. Jenuh le klu no pertama tu dh tgu lama. Ko kena tgu no baru plak. Mcm kena que lg skali.
useless app, can't even get a queue number. please revert back to advance booking. impossible to plan leave with this current system. portal hang and crash.
worst system whole msia queue full everyday. bodoh betul
sudah 2 bulan cuba dpt kan no giliran Masih tidak dapat2 , apa punya sial la sistem imigresen ni.

the system should at least let me choose a week ahead. I have to take off day to renew passport but the slot is constantly full starting 6am. so how should I plan to come? useless, just making the process more difficult.
