won't let me turn off the A/C when I leave for the day. Terrible app, makes me log in everytime. I updated it and still act up.
app crashes and takes longer than a regular key
Horrendous app. It works about 15% of the time, and that's being generous.
Worst idea I think I've ever seen im my whole life.
Horrible app. Currently can't lock/unlock our apartment door when we leave because it kicked me out keeps telling me my password is incorrect even though I just changed it multiple times. Tried every thing to see if it would fix it. Nothing works.
Truly awful app with awful support. Disconnects as soon as the "unlock" button is pressed. I will literally not be renewing my lease because I will never live in a place that forces their residents to use such a poorly supported app.. Update: the app was updated. nothing was fixed.
its very slow when you try to unlock the door. there are too many steps just to get to the screen to unlock my door AND there is no widget that makes this process easier. SMH. I'D RATHER HAVE A NORMAL KEY ATP.
terrible app very slow to connect. have to have phone every time to lock or unlock door disappoint in RPM living to install these
the absolute 100% worst app ever! if you're like me, you hate keys, car fobs & whatever else thats crowding your pocket. love the fact that I can use apps to get in my car, building and home. I wish my apartment building would switch. it works 10-20% of the time. 80-90% i have to re-enter my passwords, I need to update the app, here's a better one " we're unable to retrieve data at this time" thankfully I was smart and leave my key fob in my car. make sure you have a spare fob outside ur aptmt.

worked mon and tue didn't need it wed now today asking me to log in with password... then says incorrect user or password so chg password still says that app support no help no response ... finally some update wife is apt manager they say after over 2 yrs being here contact ur m property they never finished move in this is a joke of an app ... deleted su d e hope they aren't paying these idiots
