Awful,and the latest update shows it's recording data on every use. As a product I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. update! almost a year later and it's still a terrible app. it gets worse the more time goes on.

terrible can't get in my own gate.
hate this app. I live in a community that uses this app for resident gate entry. it never works. I stop by the office to get it reset and it works once and stops working again. how does a company like this stay in business? the worst app ever. the latest... it opens up to a blank screen. nothing is displayed on it. nothing.

I invite a guest to install , but after the guest install, he could not unlock the door
Absolutely terrible. I only use it because I have to. It verifies Bluetooth connection about 50% of the time. I have to restart my phone majority of the time to get it to connect to Bluetooth. Its incredibly frustrating when I'm just trying to get into my neighborhood.

The app is terrible. Incredibly slow and unresponsive. I only use it because I have to. Now it keeps crashing so it's totally unusable.

Slow and plagued with error messages. The latest, is the app is down nationwide due to their server is not sending verification codes although the app says otherwise. 👎👎👎👎👎
