you guys need to fix this app If you want your customers to continue supporting it before someone comes out with something better. very unreliable and it always logs me off and your security sucks

Absolutely horrendous. Difficult to log in (keeps telling me my session expired) and I'm having difficulty with the global notifications. even though I've turned it off it keeps saying global notifications need to have a number or email. I put that and it still gives me the same error. This is such a laughable product.

unable to sign in

android not fully compatible

Literally the worst app I've ever used. We're locked into this turd by our HOA and it's pure trash. Crashes constantly requiring frequent reinstall. Won't save bio credentials for any reason. Hasn't worked properly for years. Fix all the bugs, and the clunky app interface sets a new low for bad UI design. On the positive, any devs looking to build apps or teach design should consider this a case study of what not to do. Quickpass team, put that feather in your cap.

very hard to use

The app signs you out constantly, won't let you sign in with biometrics even though it keeps pushing the biometrics every time you login? and then when you set it up it says your session expired and you have to sign in manually? whats the point? you'd be better off manually opening a gate than using app. Garbage.
