EDIT: App no longer works. Nothing but a black screen. Please fix; I paid for this app. So, at first i didn't buy this because it had only a few hundred downloads, but when i eventually tried it, my wife and i play it all the time. Simple game concept, good graphics. Hopefully more people try it out

a hidden gem itself! Very well designed, well running, with a very good tutorial, fixes a lot of icon checking, quite pricey though (if the price went down, there would be more downloads than 100+). the size is great though, needs more promotion, otherwise this is a hidden, but hopefully not a lost gem.

Great game!! Hopefully there are some expansions in the works. The game plays great without them though.

Gem Rush is the type of game that can be enjoyed by just about anyone, serious and casual gamers alike. In the game you collect gems and build tunnels in a mine, using dwarves with special abilities. You can play competitively or cooperatively and even solitaire, and all work well and are fun. After learning the game from the app, I ordered the board game version and I'm looking forward to when that arrives, because this is one I think my family will enjoy playing too.
