Disappointed with RaceChip's Customer Service & Performance I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with RaceChip, I feel it's necessary to share. I had an issue with my chip and reached out to their customer service team hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with a checklist of reasons why they couldn’t help me—basically just a copy-paste of restrictions and warranty exclusions. It felt more like they were reading from a script. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY THE CHIP

The chip is nothing impressive. The app doesn't pair, so maybe that's why I'm so disappointed. I tried everything, and I am a tech guy, so something is wrong with the app. Or at least by the reviews, most can't get it to work Fix the freaking app I paid extra for, and maybe the chip will be worth $700.

Terrible app. Fails to connect most of the time. Fails to activate the correct mode when used. Regretting buying a RaceChip with Bluetooth connectivity.

NEED WIDGET PLEASE - Why racechip doesn't make the same app with the fine tune options for the "older" devices... I paid a lot for my gts black and can't get the same functionality??? Does functionality on the RaceChip+ app have nothing to do with Bluetooth chip version. Please We want the same functionality on both app!
