Great support

It is a greate tool. It woks good, sometimes there's a delay before it's connected with a Race chip module. I have some proposition for improvement: provide a automated plan for selecting a mode according to a fuel pressure values (e.g diesel idle pressure is 25000 kPa, hugh acceleration is about 150000 kPa) over the past 1-3 minutes. Like, when we in a hard traffic it will select an Eco mode, otherwise Sport or Race mode. I think it is doable solution that will significantly improve App benefit

not bad. wish the guys would offer a few flash options for the modules

you cannot disable the anti theft without swiping the warm up timer away, so effectively you have no warm up timer if want to use the anti theft function. racechip support isn't interested

Disappointed with RaceChip's Customer Service & Performance I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with RaceChip, I feel it's necessary to share. I had an issue with my chip and reached out to their customer service team hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with a checklist of reasons why they couldn’t help me—basically just a copy-paste of restrictions and warranty exclusions. Save your money & time don't buy the chip or use the app. Doesn't work.

A45s racechip excellent

picked up a gts tuner for my forte gt for half price used. the tuner and app works as intended and makes a huge difference. I'm very satisfied.

won't connect, buggy app, sort out your app development team!
