the app doesnt stay connected to the wifi it will drop once I walk away from the system. I have tried multiple times to keep it connected even calling for help. you would think with a company as big as rainsoft they would have a better app for customers.
2026 and this garbage app still doesn't work. been having issues with my equipment and I have no info. this stuff is so expensive it should be flawless.
The app is extremely unreliable. Most of the time it will not show that my water softener is connected to the internet, making the remote features basically useless. If I can’t reliably check the system or its status, what is the point of having a smart-connected feature? I’ve tried repeatedly with the same frustrating results. RainSoft really needs to improve the app’s connectivity and reliability.

It's not user friendly and it doesn't connect with there system or wifi. They need to go back to the drawing board. I'm questioning the whole process now

It's actually worse than the old app. I like to see the percentage of the remaining before it does auto regeneration.

Please bring back the usage status bar. Without that, the app is nearly useless. Now my system apparently has not regenerated since 1970??

after regeneration wifi disconnects. I've gone thru the proper steps to reconnect to no avail. This happens frequently and quite frankly, I'm going to uninstall the app because it's useless.
