good app for a annoying printer software (the software i dont like is Ideamaker) Raisecloud is overall graat

Love the app. Monitoring my prints on my phone is amazing. I do wish I could setup push notifications for things like print complete and filament sensor and other failures.

Does not work, the display is too tall, buttons at the bottom are behind the android buttons. also the top is too high. The only way to use it is horizontal. Pixel 9 pro xl.

Great app, just told to update. Clicked on 'update' doesn't update. I don't really want to uninstall and lose settings. What's the plan here?

The printers are pretty nice printer I would not recommend it tech support at they don't get back to you

Possibly the best app interface for cloud based 3D print management

Controls on the printer work enough not to be frustrating. The main thing people want it for is to visually monitor the prints though, and that function barley works or takes forever too. It's actually faster for me to remote into chrome desktop, open idea maker and connect to the camera to watch that feed. Its even a much higher frame rate.

Does not work on Samsung phone with latest android installed. White screen after 1 sec. Restart, re-install, etc, doesn't help. Works ok on iPad. Shouldn't be hard to reproduce in-house and fix. Unclear why still an issue after so much time (i see many people have same issue for a long time).

Camera connection is iffy. Software could use a lot more tools and whatnot, it seems to be great if you have a printer farm, but is pretty useless unless you're just trying to monitor a print. Needs more options when it comes down to things like notifications, because I don't need an email three text messages iMessage on my tablet and the printer all telling me at the same time that it completed a job that I just literally pulled off of it.
