The bus arrival times are not accurate, and should not be relied upon. The app told us 5min for a bus, it took 45mins. The bus arrival time was stuck on 0m for 40min.

so so app, missing a whole bunch of interactive necessities, but can't complain coz it's the only option. we bought 2 day pass, however the second day the streets were closed for Latin celebration so no bus! So we bought what they couldnt sell!

I wasted two hours waiting for buses in Brussels... I followed the directions on the map which didn't lead me to a bus stop just to places near a bus stop and then to a one way dead end. Experience was okay but the narration and music are annoying. Good journey though all in all.

Great if you want to go to Paris. London doesn't exist

Terrible experience. We weren't told that we had to stay on the grounds. Once we went off, the trip around the property to where the busstop was was very long since it was completelyon the other side of the very large compound. The bus left us stranded in Versailles. Just take a private tour, so you don't have to depend on a group schedule. Despite running with my wife's bad knees, me giving constant updates on our location and then me throwing up, they didn't stay. The bus was uncomfortable

Useless for trips to London. im planning a tour there but the app doesn't even have the London option although it says it does
