Massive ads and it never stops. Locks you into a loop at times where you never see news. Try to watch live news and you have better odds at a casino. Try and watch past new you missed live, good luck. The app will show inappropriate ads about hard on pills for males to women looking for inappropriate medicines for better sex. Keep your children away from this app! Its sad that I have to now use New Orleans new apps for better service, but it works great.
Unacceptable!! Woken up by a tornado warning, no alert from wlox, when they finally do go live it keeps cutting to a J ALLEN AUTO AD! WHEN INFORMATION IS DIRE I HAD TO WATCH A J ALLEN AUTO AD 4 TIMES, MISSING CRUCIAL INFORMATION. THIS APP IS GARBAGE EVEN WHEN THERE'S NO SEVERE STORM. IT'S 2026 AND WLOX CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO PLAY A LIVESTREAM.
it's terrible now. more ads and when the ads are done, you dont get the story you originally clicked on.
to many advertisement
you took gas price off
keeps sending alerts even though they're turned off. plus you have annoying ad we have to navigate around bye bye!
Deleting this app and finding something else for local news. Im So incredibly tired of seeing J Allen Toyota adds literally evertime I get on this app or click around to something different, change it up already geeze.. I dont even want to shop or reccomend J Allen for anything because its like its getting forced...
Thank you for fixing the app, I enjoy using it. So far I haven't experienced the loud unwanted ads and I am able to share the stories now.

The previous incarnation of the app included irritating advertisements, but they were easy to clear to access the stories. This version is clunky and hard to navigate. It is slow to load, and slow to respond to keyboard commands. When you open the app, instead of loading the breaking news, it opens to a landing page with the livestream as the first "box". I tried turning off all notifications except Breaking News, and I am still receiving Trending stories in notifications.

wlox is owned by the police. they lied and reported 'i sent death threats to a 17 year old girl on facebook' when all I did was use Whitepages (the phone book) to tell a girl her own address on plenty of fish (a dating site) there was no death threat and nobody even used Facebook. these guys want a story so bad they just start making things up

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
