Edit juillet 2026: L'appli cesse toujours de fonctionner à chaque changement d'adresse IP dynamique. Problème jamais résolu par Bascom. Edit 27 jan 2025 : L'appli lâche souvent la connexion aux caméras. Le service technique ne sait pas régler le problème. À eviter. Edit 24 juin 2024 : l'appli ne fonctionne plus sur le réseau 5g, uniquement sur Wi-Fi. Edit du 17 juin 2024 : plus de notifications sur smartphone Android depuis quelques jours. Très mauvaise appli pour la sécurité d'un domicile.

Very basic functions are easy to use. For example selected camera views are shown by default, but replaying is harder to work, and synchronised playback of multiple cameras around a trigger event is awkward to access, slow to replay, and the settings go back to default every time, making that tedious and unworkable. The app does not allow control of camera settings.

Often the connection to my mobile phone drops out. But when it is working the app is great

It keeps not wanting to show cameras even though they aren't very far away from the base. It doesn't want to say connected to my phone. It says it offline. I'm putting in a new review, it's does not stay connected to wifi. Don't waste your money on the system. Do your homework and get a name brand system. This system is not good. It won't even let you leave a "Tell us more review " it sucks.

Very prompt reply to a technical issue, resolved without a problem.

Excellent cctv system, easy to set up, it's a stand alone system with its own hard drive and has no monthly/annual charges. Linked to your own WiFi it can viewed anywhere and you can copy a recording to sent anywhere. Price is higher than base cheaper systems but worth it. Customer support was very friendly and knowledgeable. Suggestion for the future - add a door bell camera where images can be stored on the same system hard drive.
