Underwhelming and unstable. No remote buttons customization whatsoever. No CCwGTV or Google streamer profiles. In BLE mode media button send the wrong key codes. Nvidia profile attempts to pair via IR after prompting if i really want to pair the BLE. I am returning this remote, and the reason isn't the hardware, it's the firmware combined with this terrible app.

App finds the remote then cant connect. dont waist your money with RCA and Voxx cant make a reliable app. 0 out of ten for both

This app works. I mainly use the rca remote paired bluetooth to my hisense fire tv to power it on and change inputs which works crazy good , while also IR pairing it to my Roku streambar.

Easy to use and set up
Unfortunately the app is a massive stumbling block for this remote as the hardware looks to be fine? It will not let me pick the tv, only the brand, so my rca remote wont work with my rca tv and it is unfortunately going to have to get returned. I guess try and find a Sofabaton instead.
I can not get it to change channels. I have tried the set by finding the TV manufacturer. I have tried the codes. still can't change channels
