The original Nissan radio locks itself as an anti-theft measure whenever it loses power: a flat or replaced battery, a repair, a new radio fuse. It then shows CODE, Radio Code 0000 or a keypad and stays silent until the right security code goes in. How to enter your Nissan radio code On radios with preset buttons, press button 1 until the first digit shows, button 2 for the second, and so on, then hold button 6 (or OK) until it beeps. On Touch & Connect, type the code on the screen and press OK. The app shows the exact steps for your radio.
