Not User Friendly, Many Back-End Errors. had trouble logging in, can't message your doctor, etc.

I just uploaded this app due to an appointment that I wasn't aware of until I received a text message but I am not sure of. It doesn't sync with the text that I received so I will be calling in the morning. I don't know where this came from at all.

app goes fullscrren and does not hide phone controls, so all of the menu icons at the bottom are not accessible.

customer service is terrible. no one ever gets back to you.

because of the apps buttons on the bottom, I can't use messaging and other buttons aligned on the bottom of the page. they should be added with all Buttons on the center of the app. I can't see messages or reply.

this app doesn't have the function go reset password, what a joke.

The developer needs to fix the UX as this app overextends to the top and bottom which in turns overlaps with the Android top bar and navigation buttons.
