The app not compatible with Huawei phone for quite some time. Wish IT look into this issue as impossible for staff to keep changing phone.
users are left unable 2 access it simply because their devices are no longer supported. 3 years ago, I had 2 purchase a new mobile phone because my previous device was no longer compatible with the PBe banking app. Now, I am facing the same situation again and may have 2 purchase another new phone just 2 cont use it. It is unreasonable and extremely frustrating for customers 2 be forced 2 replace perfectly functional mobile phones simply because the app keeps increasing its device requirements.

The input keyboard is so tiny and thin on those alphabet and numbers, whoever is involved please fix it very hard for the user to view and the button is small as well when the user wanted to input the answer on the security questions.

I have a prob. Can use my thumb print n pin to generate the token to on my pc but I can't login to the apps. Both thumb and pin is invalid? How come?
Can't update, due to I use huawei hp. My hp only support app gallery

fyp level app. useless slow
Request OTP and the app says "you are not within the proximity of your work base". I dekat office, PC depan mata, tinggal belum peluk je. Restarted my phone, turned off VPN prior to that and re-enabled location settings on both my phone and on Chrome CAS site. apo bondo😒
