the people who deliver are always amazingly kind, courteous and understanding if we didn't put all our bottles out or if we went less bottles of water. The company itself...well they need a little help. I've had this machine for a while and there's never any available for maintenance to schedule an appointment. on their app Also , I wanted to upgrade my machine and it was the purpose I moved from Sam's club to Costco and they still don't have the machine I wanted available.
