Really Wireless

The app and website don't work. they used to work about a year ago and then everything disappeared. The service itself is fine. Just the App and website need to be fixed

They cancelled my esim but continue to charge me with no way to navigate the app as it's completely empty. Makes absolutely no sense.

app still isn't updated cant check anything. plus my coverage is weird.

New app/ webpage were updated that new long allows login to account.

they have been updating for the past 2 months meanwhile you cannot access anything

They started updating this app (and website) several months ago without notifying customers and left us with no way to manage our accounts. The website currently says that the countdown to the new app and features has begun, but no indication of when we'll finally have access. I'm satisfied with the phone service but this portion of it has been less than optimal.

Awful

one of the best 5G service I've used

Pretty good app easy to navigate setup and do all the phone things to do but it would be nice to know how much Hotspot I have left and a way to possibly buy more if needed. Other than that it's a easy app to navigate. can't wait to see what's added next.
