It would be great if you could copy the text when opened, and if there was an option to show only the text without the - × etc. It's a very nice and convenient app for what it already does.

Both are in now, thanks to this review. Update to the latest version: on a note, a single tap hides the header so you see only the text, and tapping again brings it back. Long-press copies the whole note; double-tap copies just one line. Thank you for the kind words and the nudge!
