This is a scam. I paid nearly 26,000 for the annual subscription yet they kept charging me the monthly fee for 2 months. I emailed them but they are unable to reply. 0 after sale service. You rather pay a premium at other providers and save yourself the trouble. I will update this review if I ever get my money back.
I am unable to access Get Started Button
Imported an existing database from Airtable into Stackby. I cannot open it in the app on my Pixel. I just get a spinning circle and nothing happens. I tried contacting support in multiple ways. Did not get any help. My free trial was cancelled.

i have read about stackby as it seems to be a good app for teachers and tutors to monitor and track learner performance with ease. I am looking forward to use it effectively in 2026.
the get started buttom is at the bottom of the phone so it sits under the Android "close" button, therefore, I can't get started. when I try to tap the get started button, the app just closes.
