amazing, easy to use, worked first time
only use when needed but no matter what its a $50 hold doesn't matter what card you use the only app that does that and the chargers are all 50-70khw which means it takes hours to go from 50 to 90 it takes 4-6 hours most of the time and is actually more expensive than some of the quick chargers.

The chargers rarely work. We have 6 in our building and three of them have been offline for over a year and the other three are randomly offline all the time. The app itself is just as bad.

Terrible app, stay away from this. I went to one of their EV charging stations to charge my car. The credit card readers did not work on the chargers, so I had to download this app. The charger failed to charge my car and I had to get towed to a different town at a cost of over $400. Loop then charged my credit card $50, even though no car battery charging ever occurred!! Criminals!!

This app is one of the worst apps ever. you can't add a postal code so you can't add a credit card. I was forced to use Google pay. when you select a charger if it shows up it opens Google maps instead of showing the charger information. the slide to start changing doesn't do anything just crashs the app. The most frustrating experience ever with a charger network app. Never again. I'll avoid loop from now on.

charging issues every time. literally each time I plugged in I charge for about 1 to 15 minutes and then the charging just stops. And I can't switch to another charger because it's software locked to the one that I'm using now which seems to be in a power off state now.

I've had the worst experience trying to charge my vehicle. Fiat says that I'm offline when I have full bars. if I pass that point I get the skin the station but then it says it's unavailable even though other cars are charging.
