A useful resource for Resident Directory on the phone. Most everything else has print that is much too small for easy reading. Attempts to use it via an android laptop have been rewarding but unsustainable as login keeps telling me I have wrong log in information. Overall a disappointment
good
no good. can't do it.
app always gives error message. not usable.
If you want a garbage app with the worst support team you've ever encountered, look no further.

A poorly functioning app for senior-living communities. I am a younger resident. The app isn't optimized for Android phones (a tech support person there confirmed). You can't forward emails from the messaging function. There is also no "delete all" capability for messages; there is a tedious delete for each message instead. Pdfs (e.g., menus) cannot be downloaded and are difficult to enlarge for better reading. I'm sure Uniguest thinks "elder" clientele will accept a subpar product.

It took a bit of a learning curve to use this, but once I had it it often saved time. I also didn't have to hunt down numbers to get a service or person I needed

This app does not work well on Android phones. Some files are hard to read and not can be enlarged.

“Easy to use.”
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
