I cannot get the app to send me a password via email during sign up. This makes the app completely useless. Samsung S26+

Sorry for the trouble. Rhombus Key never emails a password, and you don’t need one. Enter the email address your admin invited you with, tap Send Magic Link, then open the link or type the code from that email on your phone. If nothing arrives, ask your admin to confirm the address on your account, or reach out to Rhombus Support.
