While doing the training it asks you to download and sign in then follow the training videos, problem is the app wont allow you to sign in until you complete the training. So the videos are able to be watched but you can't use the app in teal time.
I'm glad I'm not the only one having issues. I just started a new job, need to upload live pics into compass works for a few then the app logs me out and I have to repeat what I just did sometimes 10 times before it will finally upload if it uploads. Now because of this issue I haven't had any work with my new employer for 3 months.

App keeps crashing, particularly when entering products in manually in ticket print, resulting in losing entire ticket order

Signs out too quickly and multiple times per day. If it could stay logged in for the day at least, it would make work alot easier.

constant crashing when submitting photos
The updated app was good and doesn't kick me out or time out that often. However, since 10 days ago we have experienced some stores from the map wont load! Then it was fine the next day and it was not loaded again. They are random stores among Queensgate, Aotea, Tawa and Johnsonville. Please can you look into this and fix. It is not good cos we cannot get into some stores to get some screenshots for our tasks.

Very poorly made app I get kicked out of it multiple times in every cartology job I have and puts me behind in my work
